Doluca Verano Cabernet Sauvignon and Öküzgözü

Doluca Verano is a rose wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Öküzgözü grape varieties. Cabernet Sauvignon, a world-famous noble grape variety, is known as "The King of the Red Grapes". This grape variety from Doluca's own vineyards in Mürefte expresses its full-bodied and fruity characteristics in the Verano. Named after the remarkable size of its gray-blue fruits and the lively, fruity character, the properties of the Öküzgözü grape variety (literally “ox-eye”) are also fully reflected in the Verano.

The grapes are not subjected to any pressing process during the production of this wine, only the free-flowing juice is fermented using cool fermentation technology. Verano, with its crisp, refreshing and fruity structure, primarily shows the aromas of sour cherries, strawberries and raspberries.
