The K of Kapadokia is made from the indigenous grape varieties Öküzgözü and Bogazkere. A popular cuvee in Turkey, thanks to the excellent ability to combine the two grape varieties. The wine is very balanced and has a pleasantly fruity note. The tannins are very soft and not dominant. A red wine that is pleasant to drink.
