Sevilen R Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon

Sevilen Rose is made from the early harvest of Cabernet Sauvignon (40%) and Syrah (60%) and is grown in the western region of Anatolia. The growing area is within the borders of the provinces of Denizli and Izmir. The wine is made directly from pressed, red grapes in a cold fermentation technique. In the nose it delivers strawberry aromas, popped with a nice, fruity taste. The palate has a strong character and a finish with an elegantly balanced acidity.
