Sevilen Syrah
Syrah is a high-quality, red grape variety and is considered the oldest noble vine in the world. Here it has its origin in the Denizli / Güney region, under the analytical care of the winegrowers. Syrah does not place high demands on the soil and is quite insensitive to frost, but the grapes' ripening behavior is problematic. Because the transition from full maturity to overripe takes place very quickly. This semi-dry to lovely wine delights with intense, berry fruit notes that harmonize perfectly with the sweetness. Perfect for dessert or for sweet hours.
