Tasting package DLC series
The DLC series from Doluca offers you wines that each consist of a pure grape variety from Turkey. Both autochthonous grape varieties and classic grapes are included. This series is extremely successful in Turkey and is also interesting as a trial package, as it allows you to get an idea of the individual grape varieties.
Doluca DLC Bogazkere is also a pure-bred wine made from just one autochthonous Turkish grape variety. Bogazkere, translated as “throat scratches”, which has nothing to do with its finish, but rather with its remarkable taste notes. It is made from grapes grown in Southeast Anatolia and the Aegean Sea.
DLC Kalecik Karasi emphasizes the unique properties of Kalecik Karasi grapes. Especially the fruitiness of this grape variety, one of the most popular indigenous Anatolian grapes, which is generally grown in the area around Ankara Kizilarmak. With its fruity character, it is easy to drink, and also smooth and medium-bodied on the finish.
DLC Öküzgüzü is a pure-bred wine made from just one autochthonous Turkish grape variety. Öküzgözü, translated as “ox eye”, named after the remarkable size of its grapes, which have a crisp, fruity character and the unique aroma of the variety, are perfectly reflected in this wine. The wine was matured in oak barrels for only 4 months in order to obtain a round, easy-to-drink, balanced and full-bodied structure.
The DLC Shiraz grapes are grown in the Denizli region. The Shiraz grape variety is known worldwide as a dark red, tannic, strong and fruity vine. In order to express and preserve the fine nuances of the grape variety, the wine is aged in oak for only 4 months. This wine has a powerful, balanced and full-bodied taste.
