Efe Gobek Raki
The Göbek Raki ivy is divided into 3 parts during distillation. The first (pre-run) and last (post-run) parts of the distillation are separated, and only the middle part (Mitellauf, Turkish Göbek = "the belly") is used for the production of Göbek Raki. This raki is distilled twice and matures for 2 months after its production before it is bottled. It is characterized by beautifully intense aniseed aromas and a smooth drinking sensation on the palate.
